How it works
Three steps, no account, no setup.
1. Paste or drop
Paste text, paste a screenshot, or drag an image straight onto Parsley's window — from a confirmation email, a text message, or a photo of a flyer.
2. Review the details
Parsley reads the text (using on-device text recognition for images) and fills in a title, date, time, and location — all editable before anything is saved.
3. Export your way
Add it straight to Apple Calendar, download a universal .ics file for any calendar app, or open a prefilled Google Calendar link in your browser.
Built to stay on your Mac
No account. No cloud. No tracking.
Entirely on-device
Parsing and text recognition both happen locally, using Apple's own frameworks. Nothing you paste is sent anywhere by default.
No accounts, no analytics
There's nothing to sign up for and nothing being measured. Parsley doesn't know who you are, and doesn't try to find out.
Two clearly-marked exceptions
A couple of optional features need the internet to work at all (see the Privacy Policy below) — everything else never leaves your Mac.
